The Cosmic Transformation of Lisa

Lisa entered my clinic with a palpable sense of excitement and anticipation. At 33, she was a striking and elegant young woman yet with a gentle vulnerability. She is currently employed full-time in the corporate world but feels it’s time to change professions.
Lisa is now looking to train as a counsellor and feels a deep calling to help others. Her curiosity about past lives and the Life Between Lives (LBL) experience had led her here, eager to uncover hidden truths about her soul's life plan.
Over the past five years, Lisa had undergone a significant awakening. The impact of the COVID era had shifted her focus from material pursuits to a deeper spiritual understanding. She found herself questioning her purpose, struggling with feeling 'different'—an elusive notion she couldn't quite define, yet one that set her apart from her family. This session was her opportunity to get some answers.
Seeking Answers: Lisa's Questions
Lisa's primary intent for the session was to uncover why she often felt like an outsider. She longed to understand where she truly belonged and why she had an unshakable sense of mission. Her secondary question revolved around guidance on her transition to psychotherapy & counseling. Was this the right path? How could she integrate her spiritual insights into a fulfilling career?
Lisa also had a deep fascination with cosmic consciousness and had always felt a strong connection to the spiritual side of life—especially since reading Dr. Newton's books!
She wondered if she had a purpose that extended beyond Earth. In her heart, she hoped to reconnect with any guides, ancestors, or soul family who could provide her with the validation and direction she sought.
The Regression: A Journey Beyond Earth
Lisa entered a deep trance with remarkable ease, her consciousness expanding rapidly beyond her physical body. She found herself traveling through a time tunnel into the cosmos, a weightless entity floating amidst shimmering stardust.
Lisa, the Client (C): “I feel so light… I'm dissolving into everything; I am part of it all. I am the universe, moving through the cosmos…”
Facilitator (F): “That’s wonderful…where are you moving to?”
C: “Towards a bright light…I see a light. No, hang on. It's a bird. No, it's a phoenix, a beautiful golden and white phoenix.”
Moments later, a radiant figure emerged—a magnificent phoenix with iridescent feathers glowing with golden light. The majestic being introduced itself as Baruch, a name that resonated deep within Lisa's soul. The moment she heard it, she gasped, overwhelmed by emotion.
C: “Baruch… I know you. You've always been here.”
F: “Who is Baruch to you?”
C: “He is my spirit guide, who has lovingly supported me forever.”
F: “Does he have a message for you today?”
C: “Yes, he tells me how proud he is of me and that I am loved beyond my wildest dreams…”
Baruch, her spirit guide, had been with her since the beginning—watching, guiding, and loving her unconditionally. The realization brought an immediate sense of belonging, a reassurance that she had never truly been alone.
Next, Baruch guided Lisa to The Temple, an ethereal structure built of glowing sandstone and adorned with sparkling crystals, rubies, and emeralds. Inside, Lisa was welcomed by the Wise Beings, who radiated immense wisdom and love. Some had shifting forms, appearing as animals or celestial beings, while others resembled alien-like entities. Each figure exuded a soft, luminous glow, their presence overwhelming in its benevolence.
C: “They are congratulating me on finding this path & waking up. (Lisa with tears in her eyes) They see everything… and they love me dearly.”
F: “Is this a good place to ask your big questions?”
C: “It most certainly is…”
F: “Then go ahead…”
In this sacred space, Lisa asks her Big Questions. She sought clarity on her path, and in response, the Wise Beings imparted deep, affirming insights. They reassured her that her journey into talking therapy was aligned with her soul's purpose. Her feeling of being 'different' was no accident—she had volunteered for a mission of awakening, to help raise the consciousness of others.
From the Temple, Baruch guided Lisa to The Akashic Records, an infinite library containing the stored knowledge of her past lives. Lisa was drawn to a particular book, grand and ancient, and as she opened it, visions from her previous lifetimes unfolded before her. She saw recurring themes—lifetimes spent learning compassion and generosity, lifetimes where she had struggled to let go of material attachments.
One vision was particularly poignant. Lisa saw herself as a miserly man, hoarding wealth and possessions, living a long but deeply unfulfilled life.
C: “He had everything… but he was so alone”
F: “What was the purpose of that life as the selfish man?”
C: “It was important for me to understand that money without love is pointless. I've had a few lives with very little, so this life showed me that wealth alone is meaningless. Wealth needs to be shared to make it worthwhile.”
C: “So, what lessons did you learn?”
F: “The lesson was clear—true fulfilment comes from connection and service, not from accumulation.”
Then, for something extraordinary!
Baruch led Lisa to an entirely different realm—a planet beyond Earth. The moment she arrived, she gasped. She no longer looked human. Her reflection revealed an alien-like form—an elongated head, large luminous eyes, and an intelligence beyond human comprehension. Here, she felt at home.
C: “I'm home! Finally, here are my people. We look so different from you humans and are vastly more intelligent. Most species are.”
F: “How does it feel to be home?”
C: “It is excellent and such a relief to be back in my normal body”
F: “What does your planet look like?”
C: “It’s beautiful… It's unreal! The buildings look like giant crystals and change colors—it's like they're alive! The sky isn't blue: it's deep violet, and there are two suns! Everything glows, even the rivers. It's like they're made of liquid light. The plants, they move… almost like they're swaying to some music I can't hear. And the air—it feels electric, like it's full of energy. I can actually feel it.”
F: “Tell me about how your body looks?”
C: “We are so different. Some look almost human, but their skin is glowing, translucent. Others don't have a solid form; they're just floating, pulsing with energy. And these incredible creatures with wings, they're soaring above me… It's so peaceful here. Everything just fits; everyone moves together like they're part of the same thought. I don't feel different here. I belong.”
For the first time in her existence, Lisa felt complete. Surrounded by others of her kind, she experienced a joyous reunion with her soulmate—a being she had loved across lifetimes.
C: “I belong here; I finally understand why I've always felt different. What a relief.”
F: “Does anyone here offer any advice?”
C: “Yes, my soulmate, Azteria, gave me a gift: a symbol with a butterfly on it. This symbol is to remind me of my transformation.”
F: “How does that feel?”
C: “It's Wonderful. I feel like I am now being guided by a loving presence. I don't feel alone anymore!”
Integration: Bringing the Wisdom Home
With her heart full and her consciousness expanded Lisa and Baruch began their return journey. They travelled back through the cosmos, allowing her new knowledge to settle within her. She now understood—her work on Earth was not about fitting in but about embracing her unique role as a guide and healer. Her doubts about hypnotherapy dissolved, replaced by a newfound confidence.
C: “I know what I need to do now… I need to trust myself. I need to step fully into my purpose.”
F: “How will you do this?”
C: “I will commit to learning psychotherapy and be brave and continue on this path.”
She had received all the validation she needed. The memories of her soul's journey were no longer hidden behind the veil of forgetfulness. She knew, without a doubt, that she was on the right path.
A New Chapter Begins
Lisa's session was nothing short of transformative. As she integrated her experience, she felt a profound shift within herself—an unshakable certainty that she was exactly where she was meant to be.
C: “This changes everything; I'm not lost. I was never lost. I just needed to remember.”
F: “And these wonderful new insights will be reflected in your choices, beliefs and self-concept from this day forward…”
C: “I feel so too (said with a big smile)”
Her journey had gifted her with something invaluable– clarity, purpose, and an unwavering sense of belonging. And with Baruch by her side, she would move forward, ready to embrace her mission with an open heart and an enlightened spirit.
Her transformation was complete. She was ready. And the world was waiting for her.. ♥
