Choices, Trust and Unconditional Love

Ella wanted to know more about her soul’s purpose and her spiritual journey while here on Earth. Following the death of her son, Kevin, she was overcome with grief. She missed him dearly, but she shared that his death had actually accelerated her own personal growth. She had learned to use meditation and energy work to find peace and forgiveness so that she could manage to go on for the sake of her other children and husband. She felt that a spiritual regression session could further support this. Despite her deep loss, Ella exuded a bright and open spirit with a kind heart and compassion for others.
The session begins with Ella moving into a past life in the 1830s in the northwestern United States. The scene opens to a 16-year-old Apache girl named Nashee wearing long dark braids in her hair, moccasins and a leather dress. Nashee is a young mother holding her infant son in her arms. Ella immediately recognizes her baby as her current life son, Kevin. Nashee stands around a fire pit under the nighttime sky beside an older woman who is clearly angry with her. Although Nashee would like to run away with her baby, she can’t escape her fate. She knows this woman who has come to take her baby away. It is her own mother, the child’s grandmother, who turned her into the Tribal Elders. They are disappointed in her for having a child fathered by someone from outside of the tribe, and she is an outcast now.
As the older woman reaches for Nashee’s baby, the young mother puts up a fight. The older woman tries to take hold of the baby while others from the tribe come forward and begin beating Nashee with large rocks, but she won’t let go. They continue to beat her with the rocks, while she clings to her baby until the very end. She is beaten to death and falls into the fire pit and dies.
As her spirit crosses into the spirit world she is greeted by three guides. The first guide carries a motherly energy and sends Ella love to remind her that she is loved and is not alone. She is always with Ella to help her with pain and healing. The second guide is more masculine. He is funny and light-hearted, and Ella smiles as she tells me how he tries to make her laugh and not take things so seriously. Lastly, the third guide is a beautiful, fairy-like, female with loving, light energy…sweet and kind.
The guides send healing energy to Ella to help her heal from the separation from her infant son in the life as Nashee. They reveal to her that Nashee’s short life had been about choices, trust and unconditional love.
Client (C):(exclaims) Sleeping with someone outside of my tribe… I trusted that man… I didn’t think, just did it in the moment… he exploited me, I gave my trust to the wrong person.
The father of her child was a land developer who was scouting out the nearby territory. Nashee trusted him, but he used his cunning and charm to trick her into trusting him to get closer to her tribe. At first, he was nice to her, and she admitted that she liked the attention. He had things that she had never seen before that seemed magical like a pinwheel that spun around on a stick. He blew on it and it spun around.
Nashee hadn’t intended on sleeping with him, but he forced himself on her the first time. He was powerful and knew members of her tribe. When she tried to stop the relationship, he threatened to tell her tribe if she didn’t do it again, so she continued to have sex with him until she eventually became pregnant, and the secret came out.
Nashee’s mother had always been jealous of her daughter’s youth and innocence and seemed to enjoy taking her grandson away from her. It was difficult for Nashee having her as a mother because she was manipulative and created disharmony among the other women in the tribe. When Nashee got pregnant, she turned against her rather than helping her, just as the father of the child hadn’t protected her, leaving Nashee on her own with no one to turn to.
Current life connections are made clear with a deeper understanding of these relationships and their similarities and differences. Her life as Nashee taught her that:
C: I was looking for something outside of myself with him that I already had. I didn’t need it from another person. I didn’t love myself enough, but I knew I should trust myself. I didn’t honor myself and was in a bad situation.
Ella’s guides took time with her to help her reshape her current life beliefs about herself as a woman.
C: (realizes) I wasn’t as important and had to be validated by a man who picked you in your tribe. The guides say, “You have to keep doing this until you get it right and realize this in relationships…” I’m used to being pleasing and compliant and trying to have everyone get along… I’ve been putting my identity in that. I don’t need others’ approval. I need to make better choices of who I bring into my life. To be more discerning and protective of me.
C: (as her past life self) Take care of yourself, set boundaries because you are loving and have a kind heart and want the best for others… You must think of yourself, too. If something isn’t right, trust yourself in this feeling. Do what you want to do, what makes you laugh. You have a chance that I didn’t have to really live while you are here.
The session ends with Ella contemplating the deeper meaning of all of this.

The next day, Ella returns for her LBL session. She is excited to see what will unfold. Ella moves directly into the spirit world where her guides are waiting for her. She feels their love and support showered over her as they tell her how proud they are of her for the work she’s done.
She admits that it’s been painful, but she’s learned from working through the grief and finds comfort in knowing she’s not alone.
C: I’m to help others through my experience to help to teach them about death and the next life and that life never ends… to bring awareness… My guide says “It’s a huge job but knows I could do it.”
Ella’s son appears.
C: Kevin is here, he’s hugging me… calming energy. He’s very evolved… uses humor… He needed to be here, back home to do his work because it’s more effective from here. I wasn’t being punished by being left behind. This was a plan, it’s not forever. I can’t go yet; I have things to do. He’s with me, and we’ll do it together…. He wants me to enjoy my life. He’s proud of me… I have my guides, and he’s with me and my family. He feels my love every day and wants me to feel his.
Ella reveals her soul’s purpose.
C: I’m to be a light and show others as an example that no matter what you go through, even the deepest grief, you can find hope. Never give up, find joy too. This is just one life in many lifetimes. We go home and decide if we’re to come back. We don’t decide on our own. It’s good, even if we’re in pain. It’s only temporary.
As a soul I have the ability to see the good in everybody… never give up on them. Hope… help others find hope and healing while they’re here, so they can find joy and happiness on this journey regardless of the pain.
Ella is a teacher in the spirit world.
C: I teach other souls getting ready to come in, the returning souls who have had a traumatic lifetime filled with pain and trauma, and I help them to process it and let it go. When they come back it takes time to process it and let it go to truly enjoy time in the afterlife and plan the next visit.
Ella attracts others to her through her everyday life. Her interaction with others is part of her gift. She’s able to help them find what they’re looking for even when they don’t know what it is. Sharing her journey helps them with theirs.
A strong presence speaks through her. It’s a reminder from her soul.
C: (As Ella’s soul) Be authentic. Align herself with individuals on the same journey and practice what she knows. Live in spirituality every day. The more she practices, the less chance there is for doubt and confusion. The doubt is from not being in alignment with what she believes at her core…
It’s revealed that her soul’s first incarnation was on a planet of love. It doesn’t have the same density as Earth and is a much easier planet to exist on. A soul chooses Earth school because of the challenges faced there. On this planet of love, bodies are smaller with big eyes and no facial features. Communications are telepathic among the souls there who are highly intelligent and loving.
These beings often visit Earth using vessels that are quicker and tinier than spaceships. Humans can’t see them with the naked eye.
C: They come to observe interactions on Earth and the planet and how Earth beings interact with their planet or non-relationship energy. It’s so different on Earth… the energy is all over the place. It’s complicated on Earth. Spirits that come to Earth to spend time are dedicated to soul growth, and it’s difficult to experience. They enjoy coming to watch and observe.
Spirits on Earth come from other planets too. They try to shift and help make it about love and positive energy that’s about the good of all… all life forms… many times the life forms are not appreciated or acknowledged—the trees, rocks and flowers. That’s a debacle for Earth to figure out. Spirits are there to shift it. Keep it simple, but it’s not easy to do.
The common theme that Ella’s soul group is working on is unconditional love, boundaries, and expanding awareness of the spirit world to others on Earth. Several of her soul group stayed back to support her from the Spirit World. They work with Ella in her dreams, and she feels their energy when they’re around.
Ella is reminded that she’s releasing old patterns of behavior and that she can control the way others treat her by setting boundaries. Setting boundaries is not a problem on other planets that love too much, because it’s reciprocated, unlike on the Earth plane. And she’s to practice self-love when dealing with selfish individuals such as in her past life, in order not to create more karma with them. She’s advised not to get intermeshed with souls that bring her down. In past lives and today, she has good intuition, whether she’s followed it or not. Moving forward, she’s to continue to practice following it.
As the session ends, Ella is given insight into Kevin’s death and their connection as souls. His death served as a karmic clearing for them after many lifetimes together with a lot of pain and a similar set up to this current life.
C: This time he left early. By leaving early the way he did, the karmic trajectory is done… It’s cleansed. He doesn’t have to come back. He taught others in the soul group too. It’s not about punishment. It’s about awareness of life, the afterlife, forgiveness and letting go.
Ella related that she was guided to have these sessions to remove any residual doubt and to know that she is not alone. It’s important for her to release fear so she can open to the other side, to her soul group who are helping her on Earth. Her Elders applaud her for achieving this with her session today.
Ella looks and feels illuminated as the session ends. She is happy and reassured, having connected with the others in her group. This continues after our sessions. She describes her experience as “powerful and transformative.” ♥
