A Spirit-Guided Journey

Lacey, a 41 year old lawyer was going through a difficult time in her life. She was navigating the end of her marriage to a partner with narcissist tendencies while raising her two young children. This challenging period also sparked a spiritual awakening for Lacey and a desire for a perceptual shift and a newfound sense of purpose.
Lacey's journey towards discovering her true self and unlocking her potential began when she lost her job. In a time of uncertainty and change, she turned to the book, Journey of Souls for guidance and inspiration. The experiences she had while reading the book sparked a desire within to connect with her spirit guides and gain a deeper understanding of herself.
Seeking guidance, and inspired by the book, Journey of Souls, Lacey sought a session through the Michael Newton Institute and found me. She asked me to assist with her desire to connect with her guides and seek answers to her burning questions.
1st SESSION
As Lacey lay in a trance during her first hypnosis session, she felt a deep sense of excitement and awe. She could sense that she was undergoing a profound transformation, moving from a 3D state of awareness to a higher, more expansive 5D state of consciousness. She felt her DNA activating, and her awareness of being an empath and concepts of astral projection growing stronger.
As an old soul just now waking up, Lacey saw this time in her life as a precious opportunity to connect with her spirit guides and embark on a journey of personal growth and spiritual evolution. She felt a deep sense of purpose and connection to the greater universe, and a deep desire to contribute to the upcoming period of change for the human race.
In that moment, Lacey felt truly alive and awakened, and she knew that she was destined for great things. She felt a sense of belonging and connection to the divine, and a sense of power and possibility that filled her with excitement and wonder. She was ready to embrace her new path and fully awaken to her true potential.
Despite Lacey's initial fear and resistance, her higher self was eager to dive in and explore. She came to the session with questions about her purpose and direction in life and was seeking guidance and clarity. Despite having a strong sense of intuition, she struggled with a lack of confidence due to her family's fear of individuals with “the Sight” (seers).
Growing up as a fifth-born black child in Texas, Lacey often felt out of place in her family and faced discrimination due to her darker skin. These challenges left her feeling inadequate and unsure of her place in the world.
Contrary to a lack of support and acceptance from her family, Lacey refused to let their narrow-minded views define her. Instead, she used that rejection as motivation to work harder and prove herself.
She remained determined to overcome these barriers and forge her own path in life. Through her sessions, she was able to tap into her inner strength and unlock her full potential.
4th SESSION
During Lacey's fourth remote session, the focus was originally supposed to be on Past Life Regression in preparation for her Life Between Lives session. However, the session ended up covering a past life and several key stages of between lives work. As a practitioner with over 30 years of experience, I have learned to trust Spirit and go with the flow of the session. Spirit always guides us to the work that is needed. Sometimes it doesn’t always fit the mold that we have intended.
During this fourth session, Lacey entered hypnosis and was guided through a 4x4x4x4 breath exercise to help her relax from an anxious state. As she slipped into a state of relaxation, she described feeling cold and traveling through dimensions.
She saw a silhouette of a figure in the fetal position and identified it as her aunt who had died in a house fire before her (Lacey) birth. The aunt spoke, ”Hi, I’m here with you.” and offered Lacey her energy and strength. She reminded her that all spirits are interconnected, and that separation is destructive. Lacey's uncle Willy appeared as a spirit guide to assist. It became apparent that this spirit guide was also her grandfather Willy. Grandpa Willy (who’d passed prior to Lacey’s birth) used to come play with her when she felt ostracized from her family members as a child.
Lacey then described disassociating and floating away and found herself in a barn surrounded by animals and engulfed in smoke and fire. She was able to control the fire and use it as a powerful element and felt a sense of relief and contentment as she emerged on the other side. Throughout the regression, Lacey's guides offered insight and encouragement, reminding her to trust and not be afraid. This experience provided Lacey with a greater understanding of her past and the support available to her as she continues on her journey.
Lessons from Guides and Journey Details
As the session concluded, Lacey's guides emphasized the importance of gathering the wisdom from her past life experiences and sharing it with others so they can benefit from her story. They reminded her that she is a light worker, here to assist others and be a part of the process of healing the earth. They emphasized the interconnectedness of all beings and the need for humans to ascend from 3D to 5D consciousness in order to heal and come together as one. Lacey's guides also encouraged her to stop running from who she is and embrace her past in order to step into her greatness.
Lacey also had visions of ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia, and she was told that each soul has an identity and comes to earth with a purpose. She saw herself as a public speaker and household name, but also felt fear about embracing this role. However, her guides reassured her that she was meant to help usher in a paradigm shift and to trust in her truth.
Just shy of two hours in, Lacey asked “Can we stop now? That was a lot!”. To which her guides replied, “Trust, trust, know your truth.” This final message seemed to provide Lacey with a sense of clarity and direction as she continues on her journey.
Lacey’s Take-away
Following her sessions, I received a message from Lacey encapsulating her learning, which follows.
“The average human mind lacks the capacity to conceive of this higher understanding. They are stuck in a limited 3D perspective, trapped by their own fear and ignorance. It is my mission to help them ascend to a higher dimension of consciousness, to see the world through a 5D lens and understand the true purpose of their existence.
To do this, I must first heal myself. I must let go of my own fear and embrace my past, stepping into my greatness and using my unique talents to bring light to the world. I see myself as a public speaker, sharing my knowledge and wisdom with others through platforms like Ted Talks. I will be a household name, known for my androgynous energy and my message of oneness.
I am not alone in this mission. There are others like me, who are also traveling through time and space, working to bring about the necessary changes for our planet. We are connected by spirit energy that supports and guides us. We are here to help the earth and the people, to bring them out of the darkness and into the light.
But it will not be easy. The earth is on the verge of disaster, and the people must wake up to the reality of their situation. They must stop fighting and stop engaging in destructive behaviors like greed, envy, and murder. They must come together as one and work towards a common goal of healing and ascension.
It is all part of the process; this is how we heal. And it is up to each and every one of us to do our part, to provide light and love to save this earth. We are light beings, and it is our duty to bring others to the light as well.” ♥
