Unexpected Findings and Figures on Hybrid Souls

This report is based on nearly 2,500 LBL sessions that I facilitated between 2007 and 2026. It reflects results from my own practice. Therefore, the results cannot be generalized. The experiences of other LBL facilitators may be similar, partially comparable, or entirely different. Here I share some of my observations and figures regarding “hybrid souls,” on some of their significant experiences in other systems, their motivation for this earthly incarnation, and their chosen life purpose. Two numerical trends particularly surprised me.
In all LBL sessions, I ask the personal spirit guides or a corresponding instance of higher knowledge about the number of incarnations, both on Earth and in other planetary or galactic systems. In the early years of my LBL practice, only 15 – 20% of my clients received the answer that they had also been incarnated elsewhere. If I remember correctly, “hybrid souls” were not proportionally more common in Michael Newton’s time either. I understood them to be rather rare. However, in the following period of my practice more and more clients have been receiving the answer “Yes, you also had incarnations elsewhere”.
In recent years at least 90% of my clients get a clear “yes” to the question. How can this significant numerical change be understood? I have three possible explanations: 1. “Hybrid souls” are increasingly coming to my practice. 2. More and more “hybrid souls” are incarnating on Earth. 3. The “veil of forgetting” is becoming increasingly thin. Perhaps all three are true.
An interesting question in every LBL session is about the most important experience or lesson a soul has had in another system or systems. The spectrum of experiences may be just as diverse as here on Earth, but many clients have received answers like “You experienced connectedness” or “It was about developing free will” or “You explored creative energy.” Frequent answers were “being in a much lighter body” and “experiencing lightness.” I have never heard answers like “learning to live in a physical body” or dealing with different genders and emotions.
Not all souls who had incarnated elsewhere had predominantly positive, pleasant experiences. Some were told of terrible, protracted wars or that their experience involved confronting the total control exerted by the local system. However, most of the significant experiences reported were positive.
I also regularly ask what motivation led a soul to Earth and into the earthly cycle of incarnation. This usually differs from their chosen life purpose. In some sessions, for example, “curiosity” was mentioned as a motivation, while their chosen life purpose was to develop the courage and strength to unfold this curiosity in entirely new areas. The motivation to incarnate is often to experience the full spectrum of emotions on Earth, while the chosen life purpose for many souls is to develop inner peace or inner freedom.
One question I always ask is whether it is important, beneficial, and healing for this client to remember or learn more about an incarnation in another planetary system. In the early years of my LBL practice, the answer was “yes” for at least half of my clients. Based on this “yes,” they received more detailed insight into some of their significant experiences in another system. Many clients, for example, had incarnations as water beings or bird-like flying beings; in one woman’s case, it was an incarnation as a stone being.
Completely unexpectedly, in recent years, over 90 out of 100 of my clients have given a clear “no” to the question of whether it is important to learn more about these incarnations. I take this seriously and do not press the issue further, even if a client would have liked more information, as the answer certainly has meaning. My clients’ consciousness should focus primarily on earthly, human reality, as the old saying “Here Rhodes – here jump!” suggests.
In a fable by the Greek poet Aesop from the 6th century BC, an athlete claims to have once jumped extremely far on Rhodes. Bystanders urge him to repeat the jump immediately instead of just talking about it. His recounting of his jump gained more significance each time he told it, leading to a grander, more elaborate story and memory. In contrast to the frequent “no” to the question of further information about incarnations in other systems, memories of past lives retained greater significance for most of my clients.
In my experience, incarnations in other planetary systems precede those on Earth; that is, they do not alternate between here and elsewhere. Once a soul has decided on an incarnation on Earth, a series of further earthly incarnations usually follows. This is because Earth offers the possibility for diverse experiences and the development of the soul in a specific direction, which seems to me to have been planned from a higher plane. In my understanding, this means evolution towards universal consciousness (unity consciousness), universal love and creative power, also towards peace, harmony, freedom, and bliss.
How can it be explained that 90% of my LBL clients have had incarnations in other planetary or galactic systems, but received no detailed answers or memories of them? My consideration is that such excursions can cause them to stray too far from their own path. I think that, in accordance with their spiritual guidance, they should not allow themselves to be distracted by such information. Their primary focus should be on their incarnated human being here, with its very special evolutionary potential. Their consciousness should be directed toward healing, the fulfillment of their chosen life purpose, and the continuous unfolding of their radiant, powerful, loving, multidimensional soul here, which is always connected to the spiritual world and part of the whole. Their higher self intended to “bring heaven to earth,” and focusing fully on this is of the utmost urgency. ♥
