Well Duh… I’m Not from Earth!”

Alexey works in the fashion industry. They are a very talented fashion designer. They became a client a few years ago. At that time their name was Alexa and they identified with the female gender. Since then, Alexa has undergone hormonal therapy and identifies as nonbinary.
Over the years, Alexey had quite a few sessions with me. Our work has focused intensively on their childhood and young adult experiences. Over time, Alexey broke off contact with their parents. After a significant amount of therapy and personal development, they reestablished the contact. However, they still suffer from not feeling seen and accepted by their family. Alexey still feels displaced and often very lonely.
Alexey now is twenty-seven years old. They have been in a relationship with a woman named Olga for the past seven years. I know her and also did some sessions with her. Recently they decided to open their relationship. Two months ago, Alexey also entered a relationship with a person who identifies as male.
Alexey is a highly sensitive person and has often shared that they never really have had the feeling that they belong here on Earth.
This session: The expansion of consciousness, the guide “Kiwor”, past life memories:
Due to our extensive work together, it is very easy for Alexey to enter an expanded state of awareness with relative ease.
In this session we started with some focus on breathing. I guided Alexey though awareness of their body and the space around it. We continued and Alexey experienced a weightless drifting through space resting in the awareness that they are connected to an unseen but deeply felt sense of connection with all and beyond.
I know that Alexey likes to enter a deeper state not only by expanding into the field of interconnection, but also through a beautiful safe place. Every time it is a different setting, depending on the moment and need of the day.
I guided Alexey through a safe place imagery.
A(Alexey): “I am in this incredible green field, surrounded by so many flowers. I feel I can really relax here, …it’s comfortable and warm.”
I invited Alexey to deepen their state of relaxation.
S(Sophia): “Take some time to really relax deeper down while I’m counting from ten to one for you.”
As Alexey went deeper and deeper into trance, I continued.
S: “Observe your body and be aware that you are aware. Just observe the space around you, above you, below you. Just be awareness. No effort is needed. Just be aware.
Allow yourself to fully expand into this awareness.”
I guided Alexey to expand more and more into the subtle vibration within this space of awareness, supporting a gradual deepening of their state of consciousness.
Alexey followed along.
A: “I feel lighter and lighter, I am aware of my body,… but I am not my body, …I am part of this vibration, which is my body, and also is outside of my body. I can tell there is no boundary. “
I responded.
S: “Yes take your time, just be in this state of floating, just be in the awareness of being. Just experience the expansion beyond time and space.”
I encouraged Alexey to connect with this deep sense of freedom, to really experience the energetic quality of this energy and vibration, and to expand further into a sense of oneness with this vibration.
Then I guided them to become aware of the connection with their higher self.
Alexey´s expression changed and their face was beaming.
A: “Yes, I am always guided and always part of my higher self´s guidance. All separation is something which is created in my human mind.”
Alexey sensed a spiritual presence: “My guide, Kiwor, is here again. He tells me that I had to learn emotional maturity in my last lifetime.”
Previous past life regression session:
During that particular session, which Alexey mentioned above, I remember they previously explored past-life narrative in which Alexey experienced themselves in a past life as a woman in France with two sons. Both sons had to join a war. One of them was killed during this war. The second son returned home with a significant amount of emotional and mental problems related to the survivor´s guilt he experienced.
Knowing that important lessons often come through souls who stem from the same soul cluster or soul group, and who frequently incarnate together, I asked Alexey whether they recognized someone from that lifetime in their current life. Alexey realized that their partner Olga was indeed the son who survived the war in France.
Talking about the guilt and mental issues, Alexey realized that the loss of her other son during the war – and the grief surrounding it- as well as the conflicts of her survivor son, had carried over to this current lifetime. In this lifetime, Olga and Alexey experienced relationship difficulties that often felt unexplainable. They would blame each other and become upset without really understanding where the problems were coming from. It was therefore very helpful for Alexey and ultimately also for Olga to recognize that these emotional patterns originated in a past life and remained unresolved until now. Understanding that they both brought in this unresolved guilt and blame, they were able to look at their current relationship from a different perspective.
During that session, Alexey’s guide Kiwor also came in and then reviewed and reflected on that lifetime and the lessons they had learned. As a result, Alexey realized that this life had been teaching them emotional maturity through their human experience as a mother in France.
And the lesson of emotional maturity still continues in this current life.
Alexey’s Journey Through the Spirit Realm:
Remembering the last lifetime Kiwor mentioned, Alexey continued to explore the spirit realm in the company of their guide. With each step, their understanding deepened, revealing truths that stretch far beyond ordinary human perception.
This time, Alexey learned something profound: souls have the ability to be in different places at the same time. They have the ability to exist in multiple locations at once, experiencing different realities simultaneously.
I encouraged Alexey: “In your human self you perceive time as a line. But in your experience now, it is more like a field. You are not just moving- you are within it. Everywhere at once.”
Home in another dimension
Alexey was now in a deep state in which they were shown the place where they lived before. This is a spiritual realm, in a different dimension, a place that feels both familiar and yet somewhat distant to them—a world where their soul once lived and existed.
Answering my questions, Alexey is able to deeply connect with this non-physical realm. They describe it as a beautiful and harmonious civilization, where the beings living there resemble tall, elongated humanlike figures.
A: “This is so incredible. I am so moved, I can’t express it. ……… we are tall, long Beings,……….. we have some kind of a body, like people here, ……..but different, more shiny, more elegant, less dense, ……….. almost see-through. We are so graceful, …… uhg….. people are so solid.” I can detect some disgust on Alexey´s face while comparing those delicate beings with humans.
Alexey continues:
A: “Our communication here happens not through words, but through telepathy. The atmosphere is filled with so much love and kindness. We all have a deep sense of unity and connection. We are talking through a beautiful almost colourful vibration, effortless, without strain. I am filled with the love and the connection I experience here. It is so beautiful!” Gentle tears are falling down Alexey´s cheeks.
My experience with other clients has shown me, that people, who come to Earth with this background might experience challenges related to gender identification.
I am asking Alexey to go ahead and to explore more about their gender identification in this lifetime.
A: “Well duh….. what do you think? I´m not from Earth!” Alexey laughs and shouts out: “I have no gender! Here gender doesn’t define you. You are YOU. …… No gender, no race, no qualification, no judgement, no evaluation, no bad opinions, …. I find life as a human extremely judgemental, harsh and confusing.”
We continued to explore and integrate these important and emotionally charged insights.
Starseed:
As mentioned above, Alexey had already experienced several sessions with me, where we explored their spiritual identity. Since Alexey does not feel at home here on Earth, this became an important theme in our work together. Alexey discovered that they are a starseed, with the clear sense of having a cosmic origin. They are here on Earth often feeling out of place and different. Recognizing that they came here to bring some of that celestial energy into their life and into their work as a fashion designer has been very helpful and supportive for them.
Projection into a Future on Earth in 2065:
Then I guided them to expand their consciousness more again, into the field of interconnection and understanding.
In the next moment Alexey was shown a glimpse of a future life on Earth.
“I travel to the year 2065. We are moving through the air in vehicles without drivers. Taxis are flying and most people use some form of public transportation service. Food is produced in ways that feel completely different from today. Animals don’t need to be killed; meat is produced in a different way.” A big sigh of relief is expressed from Alexey, who is vegan.
Then they continue:
A: “Earth has faced many challenges, but it has gone through a profound renewal.” After a pause of reflection: “I am still working on my emotional understanding of human behaviour. But something has shifted— after visiting Home I feel better about myself. And the humans in 2065 are more aware now. This gives me hope!”
Through these experiences, Alexey begins to understand consciousness in a new way. Consciousness is not something that is confined to the mental mind. It is not created by the human brain or the mind. In fact, the mental mind often struggles to fully comprehend it.
Instead, consciousness exists beyond the individual—vast, interconnected, and ever-present.
Alexey concluded with this:
A: “All of my actions create a ripple effect within this field of interconnection. We are all connected through this collective consciousness. And therefore, everything I do influences not only me, but everyone and everything else around me. And it´s everywhere.”
In this realization, Alexey sees that existence is not isolated, but shared. Every thought, every action, and every moment contributes to a greater whole—a living network of awareness that connects all beings across time and space. This is very helpful.
The experience in the year 2065 is not a future prediction but something that is already happening, with Alexey´s soul having the experiences all simultaneously.
Alexey and I will meet again and will continue to explore these realms.
After this experience, both of us were deeply moved. We took time to explore the things Alexey experienced, and we integrated the deep understanding.
The next time we meet we review this session and the outcome of it:
Alexey came to a deeper insight of who they are. Of who they TRULY are – versus what they TRIED to become.
They experienced their true HOME! They brought this feeling of belonging with them into their travels.
They are beginning to understand that they can exist across various spaces at once. And each one has its own lessons and experiences.
They are meeting their gender journey with more self-compassion and softness. The knowledge of the non-gender Home realm greatly helped Alexey to grow a sense of why it´s such a struggle here on Earth.
Their fashion design ideas are exploding from the visual experiences during the sessions.
Alexey is also gaining clarity in their relationship with Olga. They both have become more aware of the patterns carried over from that past life. They are noticing the emotions that shaped their connection and are no longer triggered by them. They are approaching each other with deep honesty, reflection and openness to growth. ♥
