Ruben

My client Ruben was very interested in doing a session to explore after reading Michael’s books; he was very enthusiastic and looking forward to the experience.

During this regression session, Ruben moved through a profound journey of deep relaxation and inner exploration. After a prolonged period of body relaxation, he locked away the rational part of his brain and began to access visual imagery.

Ruben first saw two layers of energy surrounding him—the first layer was blue energy, and the outer layer was bright gold energy. He felt protected, safe, and able to trust himself and let go. He then found himself at the top of a very tall and narrow mountain, inside a little cave, overlooking a landscape of plants and trees. It was only him and nature. The air was pure, and the temperature was perfect. The sun was touching his skin. Everything was perfect and peaceful.

A ball of energy came to him, and he jumped on top with his arms and legs wide open, embracing the ball. They became fully connected as one and started flying and twisting. He felt safe—he couldn’t fall as they were attached to each other. He had never felt more secure in his life. He was protected and loved. This was a sensation he had never felt before. The energy ball was bright gold and felt nice and warm

After the countdown, Ruben found himself in his mother’s womb. His heartbeat was very fast. and he could hear his mother’s heartbeat, which was slower. He was floating and he could feel that his back was touching something. The color was bright brownish/red. This experience was very intense, and he felt claustrophobic and wanted to end the experience. After a few minutes we used some breathing techniques, so he was able to calm down again and re-enter the experience.

He got back to his ball of energy, and they went to space. They then travelled through a dark tunnel, seeming like a wormhole where the stars got distorted and stretched. They sped up and at the end of the tunnel, he saw a dark blue color.

The first thing he saw when he opened his eyes were his feet, which was the clearest vision he had of all. They were oval shaped and very long, with a golden string in the middle and at the bottom of the feet. There were other beings who were the same as himself. They all had huge noses hanging down, which seemed heavy. Their heads were small with small black eyes and small antennas above their heads. Their legs were very thin and small in diameter. Their hands ended with a round shape on their 4 fingers: it seemed like they had suction qualities, perhaps used for climbing and for getting energy out of the plants, and also for connecting with the community.

They communicated by making strange sounds and noises, mainly through their noses and some small holes on the side of their heads. Their skin was smooth and turquoise in color. They were dressed in white garments that ended at their knees. They each had a golden rope around their waists, the same color and fabric as the sandal, although the sandals felt like they were part of the feet.

The dark blue environment was peaceful. There were no stars or sun, just a dark blue sky. It wasn’t cold, at least he didn’t feel it; it was the right temperature. There were groups of people seated around the ground, in groups of about 5 to 10. Some were roaming around. Some were using their hands.

Everyone was friendly and kind, living in symbiosis with the planet and plants from which they took their energy. If someone was low on that energy, they got together in a group, holding hands and restoring the individual’s energy. There was no threat to them except for asteroids falling from the sky. As soon as one hit the ground, they knew there were more coming, so they ran to the right to get cover inside a cave. These events seemed quite regular;they might have been close to a busy part of a distant galaxy thousands of years ago, filled with little asteroids or the asteroids might have been gravitating around their planet, with some getting pulled to the ground.

Their planet seemed fairly small; you could see the horizon line as somewhat of a dome shape. The terrain was flat with some small pebbles and vegetation that was as tall as them, going up and falling down like a water fountain. They lived there for over a thousand years. They didn’t reproduce; they didn’t have a purpose; they were just beings, part of the planet’s ecosystem, all living in harmony. It was very peaceful. Nobody had the necessity to move to another place or community. It seemed like they had everything they needed within their own small community.

Then we moved time forward, and Ruben saw a catastrophic event taking place. The planet was disintegrating and breaking apart into little pieces. He got separated from the community, drifting on a tiny piece of rock in space. Eventually, he died within a couple of weeks, as there were no plants or his community to recharge his energy. He felt very sad, a bit scared, and lonely.

As we moved through the session, we were able to help Ruben remember some important information: a reunion with his tribe. His soul lit up so bright that they found him. They knew he was okay, and he knew they were okay too. A massive peace sensation filled his whole body and soul. Suddenly everything was quiet; everything was fine. He believes this occurred because they had spent over a thousand years together and were connected. They were looking to find each other to make sure everyone was safe. When he refers to “they,” he is referring to the 4 or 5 individuals of his community.

Finally, Ruben was transported back to his current body, filled with a sensation of love and community and the realization that when this body is ready to make its transition, he will be back to the pool of souls in the Universe, finding his other soul communities and connections from past lives. He is striving to live and experience other lives in other regions and planets, to gather more knowledge and understanding in our endless experience in this vast alive Universe.

Another thought popped into his mind during integration: that the so-called dark energy in the Universe that nobody can explain might actually be the trillions of soul energies that fill the space, waiting to take their turn becoming part of the 5% that is matter.
